Abstract

The purpose of this study suggest to further rationalization of Health Care Delivery System.
History of medical technology was a long time with mankind’s and disease.
But, the concepts of the medical service has recently been to it.
Although, the concepts of the system was recently, it is of urgent necessity for our country to establish the health care delivery system.
For the purpose, it must be precede of as follows ;
1. It will be bear hospital´s in share of the function.
2. It will be take general physician and medical specialist in share of the role. 3. It will be tighten in medical service at a rural community and a sea village.
